If you are fast enough look for the Ukrainian job it's a quick in and out job as long as you are fast if you can get one on overkill difficulty it pays a lot of money and xp. You can also grab the jewelry bags if you are fast enough.

Do it stealth, take all paintings, get all bags of money to the van and on the last day break into the vault and take all the gold.
$900,000+ just for day 3 in spending cash.

Mission doesn't take long with a team of 4 and once you know how to do the missions without setting the alarm off they are easy.
