Here's my build, including my monitor, keyboard and mouse:

Is it all compatible? Also, is it a good build for the price? I will mainly be using it for gaming, sometimes rendering videos.

Get a standard 4th Gen i5, the 4570.

Standard board (B85)

A better graphics card (660).

Better mouse.

Better keyboard.

Don't need a caviar black. They're overpriced and not much better than standard hard drives in my opinion. Get a Blue or a Barracuda.

Drop the cooler as you won't need it with a locked CPU.

I'd personally be inclined to get Windows 8, but that's just me. I never liked it until I found you could get a proper start menu on it. Haven't seen the start screen since.

Get low profile RAM.

As said before, get the 4th gen i5. It's a waste of time getting a 3570k. I have one question though...

How did you rack up a 1k price with a 7850 and a 3570k? I know you have the Keyboard, Monitor, OS, mouse ect there but i seriously don't understand how you did it...

Maybe you'd be better going with an AMD build. Something like a 8320 with a 7950...

I'll get the 4th gen i5 as suggested. I'll probably get the GTX 660 or Radeon 7870 too.

Regarding the price, I honestly don't know

You can pick up a nice 7870 XT for around 160GBP. It's not your normal 7870... It uses the chip from the 7900 series but it doesn't perform quite as well as a 7950. You could say it's a 7930.
