I have no clue why but I tried installing "MAJOR DISTRIBUTION MODLOADER V4" onto a disk everything went perfectly. After that I hotswapped it onto my slim console and it always freezes at 7% and says disc unreadable. I am pretty sure I put all the right files in the right place and what not. Please someone help

Thanks

P.S
The discs are brand new so they are nice and clean no scratches

Don't take my word, but I think you might have to reboot it.

It means what it says. You probably scratched the disc.

What kind of discs are you using?
Cheap media could be the issue, but I doubt it considering GTA 4 is a XGD2 game and XGD2 games are usually ok on cheap media. Verbatim is known to be the most reliable, but I prefer Memorex for other reasons. Make sure the discs are DVD +R DL 8.5GB
Try messing with your settings, also give me the settings that you are currently using for imgburn.

Have you tried re-burning it? It could be many things, but you will have to do a little trial and error until you figure out what the problem is.

It is different for every PC, you will just need to make sure you're doing the mods right and that you have a good iso.

As a Selling ISO modder, I believe you may have scratched the disc. But, You may either have a bad ISO download or it was just a bad Rip(Burn).

You should first ensure you are using a complete healthy burn. Here's how:

- ABGx your disc and check for errors; no errors means it's good.

- Now, open the disc in XBC and extract the default.xex.

- Inject/replace the required files and then re-inject the default.xex.

- Run through ABGx and it will say it's a bad rip (normal).

- Once it's been done, open up IMGburn and put your layer break code to 1913760 and burn at 2.4x. Also make sure you clear your system cache before attempting to install.
