I want to start saving up for a PC to do casual gaming, GFX and editing videos. I will go up to 700 pounds ($1086) but I just need to find a decent PC Tower.
Don't say "your better off building a PC" or "you won't find a good PC for 700 pounds" because I'm not gonna be a hardcore PC gamer, I just go on when I want to play some Minecraft or another game and I don't want to go through the effort of building a PC.
So please help and thank you.

What do you mean the effort you lazy shit? the 20 minutes of your life putting them together? and the 10 mins buying them from amazon?
yeah so the hour you cant be bothered with will cost you on your fps.
But since I am here to help, heres what i came up with:

Despite the sort of rip off price they are trustworthy and youll be able to do what you want.
Also just look for any pc with a Radeon 7770 or above and another word of advice, a 500 pound custom build would do better and 1 more thing, you should build one, just saying as it isnt hard, i built mine when i was 13.
