okay so sometimes when I send a text, when i hit the send button it will freeze for like 5 seconds & it wont say sending or anything till its unfrozen. it happens sometimes & im wondering how to fix it? help?

What iOS version is it?
And does it happen when you are using
SMS (Green text)or iMessage (Blue text)
or both?

Try turning it off and back on and if that doesnt work call your service provider such as Sprint, AT&T, Verizon etc..

it seems to only happen on iMessage so blue. & i will try turning it off and on. thanks

Best bet is to reset the phone in iTunes. You can also reset the settings in the settings app, I have to do this with my iPhone 5 a lot from all the messages I send.

I have never had this issue but when my phone begins to freeze up I just quit all of my running apps.

If that doesn't solve the problem, I reset it by pressing the lock and home button for a couple of seconds. This method never seems to fail me.

it could be if you have group messaing on.
