Is there anyway i can avoid my retail getting banned?!

When you go online change the ip of your jtag or retail and avoid using them at the same time...

And how do i change the IP of my jtag/Retail?

There are ways to do it such as make sure you change your dynamic ip before you get on with your jtag and make sure you disconnect your retail from the internet. I wasn't very lucky though my ip would not change and I was really excited to get online so I said screw it and I got online I was only on for about 3 days and now my retail is console banned to

As long as you use XBLS ect and change your MAC/IP before and after hosting your retail should be fine, but the reinforcement team can still manually ban your account and console, so i would recommend disconnecting your retail while hosting changing your MAC/IP before and after hosting and to stick with hosting in private matches.

Disconnect your retail, change your MAC address (just change one digit) host, once you have finished hosting change your MAC again and then reconnect your retail.
