Kids are influenced so easily.
The kid shouldn't have been playing the game in the first place.
This is so terrible, reading the first sentence alone "The boy grabbed a gun and shot his 90-year-old grandmother in the head while she watched TV, after playing the video game." instantly depressed me

I played GTA as a kid and did all kinds of sh*t, like spending "time" with prostitutes and mass murder, but never did I sit there and say
"ohh I'm getting pretty bored of this, maybe I'll unlock something new if I shot my dad in the head".
