What is the best, free file sharing site that will allow for large files to be uploaded? Like 1GB+ Files. I have files on my desktop i need on my laptop, but they are to large for most file sharing sites that i use as well as email. i.e. Dropbox, Mediafire, MEGA. What are some websites that I can upload these files to and then go and get them?

If they're for your own use only, get skydrive and place whatever you want in the skydrive folder.

I quite like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . If you're not going to host your files on your own website, I think Mega is the way to go. The file size limit for a free account is 50GB (this is the limit of storage imposed on the free account, there isn't actually a file size limit).
