It's pointless for you to get more wattage than the CX430 or another 450w PSU unless you plan on making a big upgrade to your card. The CX500 is probably just as good as the CX430, a CWT DSA-II rated 50w above what it should be (which is to say, decent). The CX430 is the 380w model, the CX500 is the 450w model, and the CX600 is the 500w model.

Well around 6 months after i build this I'll most likely buy another SSD and maybe a better GPU.

The SSD won't add significant power consumption, but if you plan on getting a graphics card that's higher-end than the GTX 660 (currently the fastest card with one PCI power connector), a 550w unit is a good buy.

The CX500 is decent, but these are better and not much more expensive.

I'd prefer to buy the windows 7, when I was gold on here i got Windows 7 ultimate from the gold section after a couple of months I had to download some extra programs to fix a problem because it said my key wasn't valid.
