All he gives is a .dll no xex or anything, anyone know how to set them up?

Just put them in the game folder they belong in

search a mod menu with the same named .dll and use the default_mp.xex which comes with this .dll

rename the .dll i forgot the name to rename it but rename the .dll and grab a fresh default_mp.xex and then u should be good
