It was working fine earlier and I went to turn it on just now and it just sits with the green light and nothing happens. I've tried several HDMI cables and it does the same :/

I haven't touched the NAND or anything and I've unplugged the HDD, DVD Drive, everything and plugged back in and same issue.

The sync button makes the lights go round as it should and eject button works but xell doesn't show.

UPDATE!
After re-flashing the NAND it's now showing 0020 3RROD.

Tried reflashing again (several backed up freeboot dumps), a reflow (Heat gun), x-clamp fix and overheating it a few times and no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

It's the correct power brick same one I always use. Possible it surged?
I'll try and find my other one.

That bypasses the first plugin in dashlaunch, why would you suggest that unless he was using XBLS?

Well it's possible that you have a RGH (likely Glitch2) that has been dropped, tampered with, ect. That causes the boot time to be very, very long. It's also possible that it will only boot 50% of the time.

Did you try to use XBLS, EXBLS, or Titan? You could use the 1usb method. First try to boot without the HDD.

Tried without the HDD.
And it's a Jtag not an RGH.

1 USB method won't work because it won't boot.

I did try to use XBLS yes. However, it booted fine afterwards and I removed the plugin from dashlaunch and it was fine.

I was wondering if it was a RROD? But it's not showing yet?
