You recently contacted Xbox Support regarding an issue with your Xbox LIVE account. Per our discussion below is a PrePaid Code or PrePaid Codes to resolve the issue you contacted Xbox Support about.
To redeem the code (s) on your Xbox LIVE account, click Redeem Now next to each code and sign in with the Windows Live ID and password for your Xbox LIVE account and click Redeem Code. (Note: After signing in, please make sure you are using the correct Xbox LIVE account you want to redeem the code on.) Alternately, visit Xbox.com/redeemcode and sign in with your Windows Live ID and Password for your Xbox LIVE account. After signing in, copy/paste or enter the code into the code field and click redeem. Repeat if needed for any additional codes you need to redeem.

Tip: Don't know the Windows Live ID for your Xbox LIVE Account? From the Xbox 360 Dashboard, sign in and in the My Xbox area, select your profile. In the account management panel, look for your Windows Live ID. Don't know your password? After finding your Windows Live ID, visit accounts.live.com and in the sign in area, click 'Forgot Password'.
