After news about Hannah Smith, age 14 hit the news, many people were left wondering the safety of children's safety on online websites and were left questioning about the site and how it could of prevented what had happened.



More recent news has confirmed that Hannah had sent a large quantity of messages to herself, posting as 'anonymous'.
