nevermind i finally got it to restore, thanks to anyone who tried to help!!

Even when you try to restore it the jailbreak is still there?

yeah i get an error code when it tries restoring and normally itll just rebooot and go to back to the homescreen or it would stay in dfu mode and id use tiny umbrella to fix recovery

I used evasi0n to jailbreak and it takes away the OTA

I used evasi0n to jailbreak and it takes away the OTA



The best way to preform this is to put your device into recovery mode, follow these steps:


1.Plug your USB cable into your computer.

2.Turn your iPhone off by holding the power button down until you see "slide to power off".

3.Now press and hold the Home button while reconnecting the USB cable to your iPhone. After iPhone is connected it should power on the device.

4.Continue holding the Home button, you will see the Apple logo appear and then finally a "Connect to iTunes" will be displayed, now is the time to release the Home button. You will then see the following image:

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

That should work.
