I am looking for a call of duty on PC that has fun mods, im thinking cod 4. Any others?

COD4 is really the only good one for PC. 2 is fun as well, but not as many players. also MW2 with 4D1 is fun.

What about Call of Duty WAW ?
Custom zombies maps are really fun with friends and zombie realism ;)
