Well with these .dll patches you cannot open them in ff viewer to edit them, so what do you have to do?

Don't edit, create. Look on YouTube for Mw2 .dll mod menu tutorials. They should link you to download the source file. You need to have Microsoft Visual Studios C++ installed along with the updated SDK. Watch a bunch of videos and mess around with it. You will learn some C++ from it.
