Will Grove Street be an exact replica from San Andreas or will it be re made. I honestly hope they bring back some things from San Andreas, like the old Grove Street, Madd Doggs mansion ETC. It brings back memories !

It will be somewhere in the map no doubt, maybe called something else though. No one can be sure yet until either game comes out or maps examined fully.

In the trailer when Franklin is walking with his dog, you can see the guys sitting around by a wall with green shirts on bikes.

Isn't that what people wore around grove street?

Yeah the Grove Street Family gang will return to GTA5 also the Ballas Gang will return. About the actual Grove 'Street' where CJ, Ryda etc lived, nobody knows yet.
