Ok, i figured I would make this post to help people understand EXBLS. (Not trying to copy XeSkynet, just figured we needed another post because people are stupid.
EXBLS Is down/Overloaded right now, so that's why everyone is getting stuck on the boot logo/ having other problems. So DO NOT make posts about it not working. Example A: Subject: H3lp W1th 3XBLS Pl0x! Body: Help! When i boot up my rgh it just sits on the boot logo!
IF YOU REALLY NEED INFORMATION GO LOOK AT THE POSTS WITH THE GIANT FLAMES ON THEM!
From what i have heard, 0x60000 Will be releasing the new files soon, so then people will be able to get on.
BE PATIENT.
Go ahead and flame me, just trying to give people an update!
Edit: not adding people on skype anymore.

They just made a server, and 0x60000 released the .xex

Also if you are stuck on the boot logo just hold the eject button on startup

I love how much you don't know about EXBLS...It's been online since 12:36 PM today. It's still online!! I'm talking to the creator as we speak...You are correct about the new files being released soon, but you're wrong to think that you will just get them. He will release them just the same as he did before. Silently... Also, what were you trying to prove in that pic? That you can't back up your own threats?!

Its on but servers are full, Im talking to him too, probably gonna become their main source of $
