Are they worth the money? If so what one would you recommend? If not, are there any other laptops for gaming you could recommend?

3. MSI GT70, Lenovo Y500, Asus G75VW, plenty others
Most of them are over 50% cheaper, most have far better specs, look nicer (in my opinion) and are not just a name ripping you off
Sure Alienware laptops are nice, i'm not denying that, but they cost about 3 times more than they are worth, if it wasn't for gullible 13 year old's parents who have plenty of cash to throw around and just want to spoil their kid, they probably wouldn't have a business

You just pay for tha name alienware, I mean you can customize it and make it beast if you have the money

If you're looking for a good laptop that runs even the new games on high specs check out the Dell Inspiron 17r Special Edition. It's the one I've had for 8 months now and I couldn't be happier.
