How to get free Microsoft points

We all remember this promotion.
Be fast guys there might not be many left.

How can I do this?
(Text Tutorial)
-Go to system setting
-Change your Locale to Canada
-Make A New Account
-Go To TV & Movies
-Then Go To Get Points Ad
-Enter Your Email
-You will then be emailed the points
