No you cant get banned because of glitching it is their fault putting the glitch in the game they will just patch the glitch soon.

You can't get banned unless you do it after being warned

You can for sure get banned from not only Black Ops 2 but from Xbox live as it is a violation of the TOS, but it is very unlikely that this will happen.

Glitching

Any user who abuses an exploit in game code or other established rule of play is subject to penalty. An example includes but is not limited to using a hole in the map geo to intentionally go outside of the map boundary.

I think you are the wrong one in here, in whatway I am ruining the game, to get high on leaderboards? Honestly i dont care about that and this is a custom game so it doesnt record it

no im not wrong. if your changing the game up by ruining it or not. modding any type of the zombies or leaderboards. either one. your going to get probably suspended

I wouldn't. Treyach and Microsoft can pick up on it fast. Unless if it's like a glitch in the map where if you stay in a corner and the zombies can't get you. That's their fault, but they might still ban you but im not sure.
