Anyone know why my disc try won't read any games? When I put a game in it just says open tray afterwards..

Your drives laser is dead/dying you will need to replace the laser or the entire drive or look up the "xbox dvd pot tweak" that will give more power to the laser so it can read games again but is only a temp fix. You will need a multimeter to do the pot tweak

Yep, what he said. Replacing it should fix it right up, as I had this problem with my first Xbox and replacing it fixed it.
However, if you want you can also try to clean it be careful if you do.

whenever that has happened to me i just open the tray and close it really quickly.. seems to work after a few attempts, probably not the best idea though :L
