For the past few days my mouse would randomly disconnect and then reconnect, it does this maybe every 5 minutes or so. And when I play cod 4 my keyboard completely stops working except for the lights. I have a razer deathadder and logitech g110. It hasnt done this before and just started doing it.

Also in cod4 i could hit 333 FPS with no problem and it would be stable but no the most i can get is about 125 and sometimes it still drops.

Try this:
Go to your Control Panel > System > Hardware tab > and click on the "Device Manager" button.

In the Device Manager window, find the item or items labeled "Universal Serial Bus controllers." Open it, and double-click the first item called "USB Root Hub."

In the USB Root Hub Properties dialog, click on the "Power Management" tab.

"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked by default. Uncheck this box, and click "OK."

Done
