They are calling there game "Call of Duty: Ghosts" and they say it doesen't have part in the Modern Warfare series, but yet they call the game "Ghosts" and the dogs name is "Riley" same with the main character, Ghost from MW2/MW3 if you believe he was in MW3, Ghosts real name is "Simon Riley" any body think this is suspicious?

Just a thought, don't hate.

I never even knew that Ghost's real name was 'Simon Riley', but now that you bring that to my attention that really has me thinking... I always believed that Call of Duty: Ghosts will have Ghost in it, and now that you mention this, I'm even more confident of it! Anyway, I agree that that is really suspicious!

I doubt it, most likely just a reference. It'd be cool if he was in the game the whole time, or has some emotional meaning to the main character.

They might have named the dog after Simon Riley just because of the title of the game but he is dead.

But here is a point, the game is called "Ghosts" not "Ghost" meaning Plural meaning more then 1, so i can see where people think its going to have to do with Ghost from MW2

i believe this is based in the somewhat future. which leads me to believe that this is after MW2 when Ghost was a character. is the "Ghosts" team named in memory of one of its fallen comrades, Ghost? was Ghost the leader of this team. Was Ghost a member of this team. I think that Ghost has some sort of significance in this team. only time will tell
