Hi I have a Xbox LIVE account thats been a member for 2 years and I havnt renewed it for a while but then I just gave it a month and it says 0 tenure when it was at 2?

Xbox Support said on the xbox forums that they are having tenure issues. But I think that was fixed already.

If you because silver member it doesn't count towards your years.

Your Years count on how long you have had Gold on the account.
