I feel like I checked google enough and I still did not find what I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone can tell me why I lose only 1 perk every time I go down instead of all of them. even on tranzit with the power off, I was downed by a zombie and was revived with my perks turned on and only lost the last perk I bought. This happens every zombie game I play on every map with my xbox being turned off and on.
If this is a glitch or part of the game now I still would like to know how Im doing this so I can at least tell my friends whats going on when they think Im glitching.
Im not complaining about winning the zombie lottery, Im just confused.

That happened with someone I was playing with after he got one of the green puffs of smoke. It could be a persistent upgrade or just a glitch but the same thing happened.
