Considering how tiny the earth is compared to the entire universe, the probability that no life exists other than on earth is extremely small. We are a water based species, which all life begins with water and we become dependent on it to live. What if somewhere out in the universe there is a species that depend on fire to live, or carbon dioxide to live.

So I am asking you, do you think there is other life beyond our earth?

Interesting website to put earth in perspective for you.

I post this quite a lot but...

The Drake Equation is used to calculate the number of intelligent civilizations currently active in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Most people get between 500-1500 when completing this equation, however that is only for intelligent life.

You would have to x your result by around 1 million to account for bacterial and unsophisticated life and then x that number by 1,000,000,000,000,000 to get a result for every Galaxy in the known Universe.

Then x that number by an unknown number for the rest of the Universe, then, invoking the possibility of a Multiverse, x that number by infinity.

There's aliens without a shadow of a doubt.

I almost forgot!
I believe in other life forms.
The universe is massive.
There are no limits in the universe.
It's almost impossible for there not to be other you in the universe.

That picture really puts earth in perspective. It blows my mind thinking about space and the universe.
