OP, I would get an i5 4670k, get a decent motherboard, and spend the left over ~100 on a better graphics card.

Also, Jif, would a Corsair AX850 Gold be Haswell compatible? Want to make sure because I plan in buying it.

All power supplies that use DC-to-DC conversion to power their 3.3V and 5V rails have no problem with Haswell's new low-power state. It will work fine, but what all will it be powering? You may be able to get a better deal.

I've done some research and I know 750w would be enough for my build, but I like headroom. I have:

i5 4670k
MSI Z87 G45
Corsair H100i
GIGABYTE GTX 770 4GB x 2 SLI
Plextor M5S 256GB
Corsair Vengeance 8GB.

A quality 550w could run all of that with one 770 with a big oc. Believe me when I say, that wouldn't be worth the extra money.

I would recommend i5-3570K and the ASRock Extreme4.

You can bump it up to a extreme6, but its not necessary at all.
