What happens if someone logs onto your xbox account on a different xbox then prestiges you in COD without permission but did not do anything else? Will they get banned? And if yes what are the chances? Please help

your account will prestige and no, as long as they were on your account they wont be banned. sorry

If you gave them your account info. just change the password
