Every time i try to install my HD PVR 2's drivers off of the CD it keeps saying, Drivers have NOT been updated. Compatible hardware not found. <<click to exit>>.

I am running Windows 7 64-Bit and i have tried to install it from the Hauppauge website.

It does not show up in my Device Manager either. Thanks for your help if any.

First thing is to uninstall the HDPVR2 software (ArcSoft ShowBiz). After you do that you need to restart your computer. Once your computer is restarted, be sure your HDPVR2 is plugged into your computer and there is a light blue light on. Now, install the HDPVR2 software(ArcSoft ShowBiz) again and it should work. You will have to restart your computer again once it is installed. If it ends up still not working, contact Hauppage on their Facebook or from their website

Try using the disk instead, that might work. Maybe your problem is the 64 bit computer too.
