Ok but it is an Acer Aspire V3-571G and I have seen and read a few reviews on it and I saw a video where this guy plays Minecraft, Battlefield 3 etc. On the highest render/quality that there is so if its bad then I don't know how he got to play Battlefield 3 so easily on High...

looks like it has a 640M that is pretty decent graphics, as for playing on high setting they were likely not playing the game at 1366 x 768 or lower

It may be able to play it on hig, but the FPS will be crap on that sort of PC, just get this PC

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate N 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i5 3450 @ 3.10GHz
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASRock H77 Pro4-M (CPUSocket)
Graphics
BenQ EW2430 (1920x1080@60Hz)
1024MB AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series (XFX Pine Group)
Hard Drives
932GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162 (SATA)
ATAPI iHAS124

That was my OLD PC, but now I have a GTX Titan and a 16GB RAM

Ok cool so shall I stick with this one or get a different one? And I might go up to 600 or 700 for my budget...if that makes any difference.

If someone specifically asks for a laptop, do you really think they want a desktop?

No, they don't.

I wouldn't recommend it for the reason being your budget is to low for a gaming laptop of good quality and slow gaming after 2 months is just frustrating. Get a desktop with your budget you could get a decent one.
