hey guys, i was wondering what you would recommend more, a radeon 7870 or evga geforce 660. this card is going to be my upgrade for bf4 and ttianfall.

I'd recommend both but which you should get depends on how much you want to spend. Also, if you're looking at a 7870, it needs to be a 7870 LE or XT because these outperform the Pitcairn (all other) 7870s.

even though the 660 is cheaper, does it perform the same as the 7870? if so, ill be going for the 660

No, the the 7870 LE/XT performs almost as well as the 7950 and the 660 is between the 7850 and regular non-XT/LE 7870.
