I have an xenon and the error code is 0142, is it fixable or fried?
Im looking for good responses and not someone just saying to reflow or reball. Thanks..

Ya man i had the same thing with my Falcon Jtag Man if your jtag still turns on then go to freestyle dash and check the Fan settings

0102 - Reflow or reball would be best the error is probably the most common issue with cold solder joints. You could try cleaning up the Chips and reapplying thermal paste but for long term it i dont think this will cut it.

I see this the most out of all other codes aside from E74 on falcons.

you can try to apply slight pressure to CPU/GPU/SOUTHBRIDGE/RAM while you boot it to isolate where the problem resides, you'll know if it boots up when applying pressure.

Nah bro I soon as I boot it up the creen is black and I get 3 rrod.

I'm not familiar with fixing anything on my motherboard and tbh I'm not comfortable doing it in case I mess it up even more than it is

sounds like gpu needs a reflow if you dont want to try a reflow ill do it my price $25 +$12.35 return shipping

Check your code again, there is no code that has a "4" in it...

0,1,2,3 ARE THE ONLY ERROR CODES. 4 FLASHING LIGHTS ARE A O. SO MAYBE YOU SHOULD DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ASKING.
