Does anyone have tutorial video or step by step i can read to how to mod forza horizon? If so please place a link in a comment. youtube hasnt been that helpful, or i just cant find a good one. So Please any information would help me.

Yes you do sorry there is no other way to mod Forza Horizon ATM sorry!
