Epic didn't make the whole Judgment game by themselves, Epic made the campaign and People that Fly made the multiplayer so if you hate the multiplayer blame it on People that Fly, because they made it not Epic. Epic made the campaign, Epic needed help with the multiplayer so they gave it to People that Fly to rest on their shoulders to make the multiplayer that's why you guys are hating the game because of the multiplayer most likely and Epic now has probably had second thoughts on letting someone else make their multiplayer now. Because they took most of the Map-Based guns out of most game modes and they just made everything OP and they took out Warzone and Guardian and made it so that you don't go DBNO in most game modes (Other than Execution). They also screwed up the whole starting weapon system. They should have kept it with the D-Pad controls instead of pressing Y to switch weapons and LB to throw a damn grenade. If anything, Judgement sucks because of People that Fly with the whole new game mode, Free for All, seriously that game mode sucks, spawning system sucks and you get bots in the game half the time if you do play quick match... All I know is I blame People that Fly for ruining Gears of War Judgement for me...

No, Epic made both multiplayer and campaign as well as People Can Fly. They both worked on it together. I believe Raven studios did some things too.
