There is a virus which the government produce which makes 90% of the male population infertile to reduce over population. They do this by putting the virus into vaccines. Could happen in real life too.

Yeah, there was a conspiracy that the U.S. government created the AIDs virus in order to kill off lower class citizens. Doubt it's true, to be honest though, considering they supposedly are working in cures/vaccines etc.
