Handicap is not on play a friend online but online seasons and cups there is , silver Mayuka was absolute vile against me when my friend had him , I found him in a online match on seasons and he was top class.

I had TOTS Reus, along with a +6 Attribute card so he had 99 pace and shooting. He played the worst I ever saw. I played a shit BPL team with my 750k bundesliga squad and Samba from QPR was outpacing Reus with ease.

You have to think about it from EA's perspective form a business stand point. If they have someone with a 15k team of average gold players play better teams all of the time and lose, they may get frustrated and quit FUT. From a business standpoint it makes since because they may be losing a potential customer.

Handi cap doesn't exist. I had a good team worth 1.5 million and rarely lost.
Also players that are like 70 odd pace or 80 pace (like centre backs and full backs) can catch quick strikers and other paces players at times due t what the fitness levels are of each player and also what their pace stats are like (acceleration, sprint speed, agility, etc...) there are a lot more state that make a player than what's displayed on his card.

I got a cheap 50k bundesliga team and a very good team worth 1.3 million. (Got a few 100k saved for packs)
I win just as many games with both teams. It all depends on your skill level and play style. When people lose they just blame handicap since they lost to a team worse than theirs but they don't bother thinking if the opponent is good.
