Online multiplayer is now available it's free for now
But once it's fully out then it will be paid service

I love the update to Minecarft PE, I have been waiting for buckets and spawn eggs forever. It is amazing what they are doing for it on the mobile platform. I just can't wait for a redstone update with rails and such.
