When looking at the semantics of the word 'Fact' and applying it to the probabilities of things occurring in the Universe, it becomes apparent that in a futuristic sense, nothing can be said to be 'fact'.

Facts are absolutes, something that is 100%, but can we really say with certainty that anything is absolute?
For instance, Gravity is simply a theory, now a theory is something that has held up against scientific scrutiny for decades and continues to do so, but it is still not recognized as 'Fact', there is the possibility, however minute, that you could step outside and float off the planet.
There is the possibility that everything could happen differently than we would say is the factual way that it should act under the laws of physics.
Facts also violate Occam's razor, but to say this is a contradiction as you would have to take Occam's razor as a factual basis for the argument.
In short, do facts exist?

A fact when referring to how something acts means it cannot act in any other way than we see it act daily.
You cannot prove that it is impossible for gravity to act differently in some way.
Also, there is the possibility that you won't bleed if you stab yourself in the neck.
It is incredibly unlikely, but if it were a fact it would be impossible, which, as far as we know, it isn't, meaning it isn't a fact.
