Its called a GIF. You can get them from the internet.

when u go onto google or photobucket and then save the link link on photobucket it is on the side when ur on the pic then it should be direct if it aint try a diffrant link also on the side then go onto ur profile and go to avatar its says update avatar and click on link then paste the link their also it has to be approved by admins also if u need any help just pm me
