He said it in a past tense so that means the past and we are talking about the forum so he has a different account, because he signed up that account today and of he got banned today then he would of said that he got banned today.

Exactly he "posted" that on this forum but he only had 4 post on that account and he got it on that day he posted it well no of his post are about modded lobbies so in order for him to post that he would need a second account.

Probably, this is a modding community.

If you do get reset/banned, you put yourself at the risk in the first place. Don't assume you got caught
because you posted on this site.

I guess only people within the team know, But it wouldn't surprise me, I mean they're only trying to keep games fun for those who do not wish to cheat.
