My iphone has a problem:
when ever i try to turn up the RINGER with the volume keys, it shows up but has no bars like so:

when play videos in My Music app or YouTube no sound like so:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I know for a fact my speakers work because when i go to settings and go to sounds to adjust ringtone etc it works, and even also Siri Works..
The Problem Here is that Music Dosent work, downloadable apps with audio dont work, Safari pages with audio dont work.... I can only use headphones :C
I have cleaned Both HeadPhone Jack and Dock Connector a Million times! At 1st the speaker did work but only lasted a couple Hours, and ever since then only a few minutes when i restart it!! I have also restored it Twice!!
I have even put my Iphone in Rice!!
Some one please Help,

Honestly, All you have to do is blow in where you plug in the sync cable.
It happens because all the dust makes the phone think it is sitting in a dock.
