You were getting arrested for no reason?

You were trapped in a fire?

You were getting arrested for no reason? Not fight it because the officer is wrong and clearly has no evidence of anything on me "no reason"

You were trapped in a fire? Throw water on it.

You were in a private jet and you are about to have a crash landing? Guess I would jump out because what's a private jet without parachutes?

Arrested for no reason, well depending on what charges I were being given it would differ how I would react.

Trapped in a fire, try my best to get out, if not then I guess I'd just die.

Well, if the plane malfunctioned, what else can you do other than sit down and hold on tight.

If I were being arrested, I'd be taken to jail.
If I were in a fire, I would die.
If I were in a private jet on for a crash landing, I would take control and attempt to /not/ crash. Flight training wasn't all for nothing.
