Some hardware is really similar to mine.

CPU & h100i Your processor is good and the h100i will be enough to combat the temps from your overclocking.

Your overall memory setup looks good.

and for the hx750 I'm not sure if you want to go with modular or non modular but, modular would help cut back on some cable management.

Overpriced.

CPU: Wait for Haswell.

GPU: Get a 670 with a 680 PCB instead if you don't wait for new releases.

Mobo: Reasonably priced 1150 board. TBD.

RAM: Best 16GB kit for the price. Depends completely upon when you order.

CPU Cooling: The Phanteks PH-TC14PE is much cheaper than the H100i and performs as well.

PSU: Overkill, go for a quality 550w unit like the Rosewill HIVE 550.

picking the 750w because i might get another gtx680 later on and maybe go fully water cooled. probaly add some more things.
as for the cpu how much do you think it will drop after

Everyone says they'll add another card in the future but I've never actually seen it happen. Water cooling is also far more expensive and time-consuming than you're probably imagining and it's rarely justifiable from a price/performance standpoint. The amount you pay for better overclocks and noise is just too much and you'd be better-off buying better hardware. The 680 is a bad buy any way you look at it as well.

As for Haswell, I can't predict the future, but at this point in time, if you're considering building a high-caliber rig like this, you should wait until the new generation of graphics cards hits the market in addition to the new CPUs.

i've actually decided to go with the 670 ftw instead of 680 sc because i feel it was a bit over kill for a editing only pc and also the $100 price drop always helps.
