Buy the Xbox One, you might get the new game with it. You will never know.

PC might have the best graphics (NOT REALLY) but its also harder to play on and more expensive for a PC that can run certain games, Xbox One is easy to play on amazing graphics and probably going to be the best gaming console in my opinion.

NOTE: PC = Personal Computer witch Microsoft invented first, so both a PC and Xbox One games will be very good.

Unfortunately you won't be able to join partys with those on the Xbox 360. This is because the Xbox one live servers will be completely different, plus Xbox one's party chat will now be hosted by Skype, any communication on the Xbox one will be Skype I believe.
