More than likely no, because verbatim disks are not erasable or re writable. So you're stuck with the mods you have on that disc.

1. Find the iso of the game you want.
2. Install the programs you need.
3. Mod the iso properly.
4. Stealth patch the game.
5.Burn the game to the disc.
6. Hotswap or insert the game into flashed xbox.
7. Enjoy! ;)
