ive just got that message when i was in a core Team death match game so i went on to the website that it says when you get the message and there are 5 stages normaly it is in the 5 th stage but i checked but it is in the 4 th stage so that might mean that they are shutting down team tactical so then they have a good chance off stopping xp lobbys and come up with an update to stop them

No you are banned, I tried with my account and a friends on my xbox his worked but when I sighned into mine it kicks you out and gives you the message we are banned **** treyarch the shit heads..

beware, some people are saying they are banned because of xp lobbies.
If you have not been in these lobbies and are getting kicked off the servers, they ARE patching these lobbies.
If you have been in these lobbies and are getting kicked off the servers, check the status of the servers. If it says Defcon 5 and you cannot get on then you are banned, Defcon 4 means they are having some problems (in this situation are patching xp lobbies) Check again in 48 hours. If you still cannot get on the servers and you have been in xp lobbies you ARE BANNED
