Could be if you don't have .NET Framework 4.5 (which is what I believe this program was built on) installed it won't open, like for me.

If that was the case wouldn't it just say that .net framework is needed? Instead of saying it just stopped working?

Well my computer decided to crash today and tell me that none of my files on my hard drive were accessible, so I had to completely reinstall windows 8. New updates will be postponed until I get everything reinstalled on my computer.

If you didn't protect your executable then you at least can decompile your source to get started again.

Well i found my files from my windows.old folder, so i have the project files still. But i'm pretty sure they're damaged because it had some dotnetbar components, and everytime i reinstall windows all my projects with DNB are ruined and won't open. I'm just gonna stick to windows form controls from now on. Might just redo the program

This looks great compared to other projects on this site.

I recommend syntax highlighting, tab feature (instead of pushing space 4 times, and if possible error highlighting.

For the error highlighting I would ask for highlighting incomplete tags (ex. <pHello World</p>) and not closed tags (</p>).
