First version of Scratchpad

Hey guys, i decided that i'll be working on my program Scratchpad for something to do, so i thought i'd throw a post together real quick.

If you don't know what Scratchpad is, it's basically an IDE for creating websites/webpages. It's designed to give the user a better GUI and a better experience for making and customizing websites. You can see screenshots below.

This version of Scratchpad is the first released version and is currently only HTML/Web capable with projects. There's still some bugs in the program, i just wanted to get some feedback, so let me know what you guys think!

(The text in the next two screenshots look like it's just clumped together, that's because it's from a file written with a streamwriter for the pre-made project. I'll address this issue soon.)

New version of Scratchpad Live (Newest) 1.0.000.108

I completely redid the program and made it a little bit more clean looking. I fixed the tabs with having more than one document open at once, now you can have as many open as possible. I added opening a file from your computer instead of always having to make a new project, so now you can just edit html or css (or even text, doesn't matter) files without worrying about making a new project.

Also you guys have been talking about a folder system, well now there's one. A "Scratchpad" folder filled with all your projects will be placed in your my documents where you can just open a recent project from the main menu (for some reason it wouldn't let me access my "my documents" files from the program, let me know if it works for you guys?). Now the editor is separated from the main menu (easier to keep track of controls), also now you can open more files directly from the editor and they'll be added to a new tab.

I'm working on a team project system (you'll see in the screenshots), it should be coming out within the next couple updates.
I've been working on this all day and i forgot to do some functions (like pre-made file) and i'm extremely tired lol, so bare with what the program can do for now (which is almost everything).
Please leave any suggestions/feedback about what you guys think.
Oh and if you download it, make sure you click on the red "Poison Programming" copyright statement to see a light show :b

This looks pretty cool! Although, I would not consider using it till their was colored coding. Trying to write HTML in pure black text is a pain!

P.s is that your website? If it is it's a pretty good concept

This seems pretty well thought out Poison. Defiantly like it, I've tried a few times to make something similar to this in Visual Basic but never really got it working. Design seems basic for now but I'm sure you're improving it.

It is also nice to see that you can view it in a real time updater. Keep on working on it especially for the syntax highlighting. This is also most likely one of the best tools designed for this sort of job made on TTG.

Great job with it, also what language are you coding it in?

Synax Highlighting would be great
And so pre-built functions for css would be great (Colour picker is a must )
