I love doing nothing in class. I am in 10th grade, and I have some chill ass teachers and other teachers who are old and strict.

My school is one of the top public schools in our state, and I've learned plenty there.

School might be boring, but you have to pull through. After HighSchool, I will be moving out of the U.S. Our future generation of people are going to trash this country more than it all ready is. I will be surprised if we have a functioning government in the next twenty years or so. I'm a straight "A" student, and care a lot about my education. I have learned nothing the past couple of years in school, but I do extra work at home. If I can't get the proper learning from a "professional" I will seek education somewhere else.

The generation of people I live with, are very lazy and not motivated what so ever.

Here is a video of a kid speaking out towards his teacher. He should have taken a better route of doing so, but he still spoke the truth.

School is very important although most of us hate it. But I agree that our education is bad in the United States, we need to invest better and hire teachers who actually care about us students and want us to learn and succeed in life,

I highly agree with this. I feel like I'm just a slave to my school. They tell me what I can and can't do, what I have to eat, when I can go to the bathroom, what I can't say, what I can't wear, they think they can just confiscate your electronics when they did not pay for them. I feel like that is stealing? They have this rule at my school that if you get your phone taken away and have it sent to the security office 3 times they keep it for the rest of the semester. Is that BS or what? I really can't believe what this education system is coming to. They're cramming our heads with useless information that I won't even need when I'm older. Really? Do I need to learn the difference between genotype and phenotype alleles to become an engineer? They teach you 30 different things per unit and expect you to know it all on your test. I don't even think this is learning anymore. It's memorizing. After I take a test, a few weeks later I don't remember a single thing that I tested over. Let alone my parents don't even know what we're learning because they tell me all the time that they never learned that or they didn't learn it till college. Honestly, all I see is our community getting stupider and they expect us to be geniuses.
